This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I will use the requested items to help my team in getting better at sprints in track and field. We are in need of this item to help improve their biomechanics in sprints and form. The goal of this project is to help my students improve their time in sprints. I have been coaching track and field for three years and notice that their form is off and the mini hurdles will help them tremendously with their form. We have build this program from 5 student-athletes to a roster of 30 plus athletes in about two years. These students have found a love for track and field and want to get better. This item will help them improve their form and sprints throughout the season.
