My Project

Receiving more support for various social and emotional tools and literature will greatly benefit our school, particularly the Medical Professionals Club's efforts to raise awareness about living healthy and balanced lives, with a special focus on girls. With these items, I will be able to provide students with valuable resources, such as books, educational materials, and interactive tools, that promote social and emotional well-being, as well as snacks. These resources will equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate challenges, manage stress, and maintain healthy relationships.

Moreover, the addition of these items will enable us to organize workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns that specifically address the unique mental health needs of girls Through these initiatives, we will foster a safe and supportive environment where girls can openly discuss their concerns, learn coping strategies, and develop a strong sense of self-worth.

By strengthening their emotional intelligence and resilience, we aim to empower girls to make informed decisions, seek help when needed, and strive for a balanced and fulfilling life. Ultimately, this grant will have a lasting impact on TYWLS of Queens by equipping girls with the tools and knowledge necessary to support their mental health and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
