My Project

Mental Health awareness plays a vital important factor in our everyday lives. As a Middle School Counselor & Mental Health Counselor, I would plan to implement and impact mindfulness and yoga practices for students and adults. Our brain goes through many challenges as we need flexible time to reset, refocus and restart mentally. This training will also impact the lives within the community such as elders, entrepreneurs and community leaders to promote and educate mental health awareness and self care techniques to engage and embark on our health and wellness living.
