My Project

Help give my students supplies that will help support their overall emotional and physical well-being. Juniors and Seniors in high school have so much stress and pressure. Let's provide them with activities to help regulate their stress.

Incorporating mindfulness coloring books, puzzles, checkers, and other games into the lives of high school juniors and seniors can significantly reduce stress, provide much-needed mental breaks, and help them refocus on schoolwork.

These activities offer a simple yet effective form of stress relief, allowing students to disconnect from the demands of their rigorous schedules. Coloring and puzzles promote mindfulness by encouraging students to focus on the present moment, creating a calm, meditative state that helps them clear their minds. Games like checkers provide a break from academics while still engaging critical thinking skills, encouraging students to strategize and problem-solve in a low-pressure environment. By taking short breaks for these activities, students can prevent burnout, return to their studies with a refreshed perspective, and improve their overall well-being. Integrating these mindful and engaging activities into their routines provides a healthy balance, fostering resilience and supporting better mental health.
