My Project

Our classroom’s mindfulness corner will support students’ mental health by giving them a safe space when they need to decompress. By lowering students’ affective filter, a comforting environment can help them focus and feel less stress and anxiety (especially in a math class). A specific group of students in mind are those with IEPs who need a quieter area to work in.

Students who experience instability in their lives are especially in need of more mental health support.

We hope to provide them with resources that will accelerate their academic and personal growth.

Your donation will help students succeed inside and outside the classroom. Thank you so much for considering us!
