My Project

As educators, we know that a healthy body supports a healthy mind. In today's fast-paced world, mental health challenges among students are becoming more prevalent, and many are seeking ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and other emotional struggles. This project aims to provide students with nutritious snacks that will not only fuel their bodies but also support their mental health and well-being throughout the school day.

In our school, many of our students face challenges at home or in their community that can affect their emotional and psychological well-being.

Stress, anxiety, and difficulty focusing can impede their ability to learn and succeed in school. However, research has shown that healthy nutrition can play a key role in improving mental health. A well-balanced snack can boost mood, sharpen concentration, and reduce feelings of stress.

My students come by on a daily basis asking for food or water, I would love to be able to support their needs.
