My Project

I am so excited to be taking my social emotional learning to the next level by becoming a guide for my community in mindfulness practices. I have learned that students really need movement in order to connect to their emotions and this certification will help teach me how to help them with that connection. After this training I will be a certified yoga instructor and will be qualified to lead wellness classes for my students and school community. My goal is to lead classes not only for students but for staff as well since we can all benefit from mindfulness activities.
