My Project
Our students are incredible, and we are committed to supporting them in the best way possible. We can really use yoga mats to support the students in learning and utilizing yoga and mindfulness. Yoga and mindfulness has many benefits. Our students really need to have access to the tools that would help them regulate themselves. Having these mats will help our students with spatial awareness and give them comfort on the floor. After practicing yoga, students should feel as sense of empowerment and improved capacity to navigate the many stressors of like without becoming overwhelmed.
