This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Research shows how important it is to welcome our children into a social, emotionally aware classroom where they are able to express their true selves throughout the learning process.Mindful Posters, message boards, labels and inspirational messages will help foster a spirit of respect not only for our classroom environment but for themselves and their peers.

It is crucial for our students to know how important a clean inviting space can impact their mental health and well being.

I have seen how these small changes can positively affect my students mood, work ethic and demeanor and hope that these small touches will help us grow even more!
