My Project

Post-pandemic classrooms are full of children who are happy to be in school, but anxious and often unsettled. A Meditation/Mindfulness session would help the kids - even a few minutes a day. My school has the space, but not the equipment - hence this project. From the fidget toys, to the thoughtful journals- these materials will facilitate the formation of a wonderful calming space where students' psyches may relax. And relaxed minds are more open to learning - which is one of the end goals.

Help us bring mindfulness to our school- help us see this opportunity/this project to fruition.

Not only will students' academics improve, but the interaction among students will improve.
