My Students

Military students enter my classroom all year long. I don't want them to miss out on any skills I've previously taught.

Because I teach in a military town, students come and go all year long.

One of the hardest tasks is making sure new students don't miss the skills I taught before they arrived. Spiral review activities help make this task easier to achieve. Calendar Math and Mountain Math / Language programs are excellent spiral review programs.

My Project

Both of these programs cover several standards each day. Calendar Math is an activity that we will begin each morning with. It covers several math skills including addition, place value, patterns, money, and graphing. Mountain Math and Language are programs that will be used on a weekly basis and also review numerous skills all throughout the year.

Your support will help me reach all military students that enter my classroom.
