My Students

My students are an amazing group of individuals who desire to increase their culinary repertoire. It is my honor to take them on the journey through food while imparting all my knowledge onto them so they can pursue their culinary dreams. This program will give them the opportunity to delve into fine dining, catering, and professional chef services. T

My students are diverse but come from inner city ravaged areas and are not exposed to all has to offer, and would like to change that very much.

It will also allow them to be exposed to food they have never heard of, techniques they have never seen as well as escalate our agenda to provide more skills and opportunities to thrive.

My Project

Every student in our culinary class will be able to use their vivid imaginations to create the finest dishes. All of these extraordinary gadgets have been chosen with my students in mind. I have used them in the industry and they enhance the creative mind. Students will be able to choose more methods of cooking, and cultures of foods which will help them continue to enjoy their culinary learning experience. Coming from low-income areas, they have not been exposed to all the culinary world has t offer. The gas burners will allow students to roast vegetables, which is something many of them have never done. The pizza-making equipment will not only provide them a job skill, but also show them pizza can be flavorful, and made from scratch, not from out of a freezer box. Help us change that.
