Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It's that time of year where some things are starting to run low in the classroom and my students are ready for some new books. It's a great time to re-stock on pencils and highlighters, which are necessities in a Reading class. I also have noticed that my students are reading the same few graphic novels, and it's time for them to experience some new ones. Having new books will motivate my students to read independently. We are also looking forward to a new mini basketball hoop, which was used for review games. Making learning fun by playing games engages my students.
I am ready to finish the school year strong with my students, and keep the pace going to the end.
