Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a classically trained photographer, I want to share the passion that I have for the medium with my students. This is one of my favorite things to teach and a valuable skill for helping students see the world in new and creative ways!

Concepts to be taught will range from color scavenger hunts, the differences between birds-eye, worms-eye, and level views, black and white photography, nature photography, portraiture and so much more!

The photos taken with these digital cameras (stored on the SD cards) can be brought into editing programs such as Canva, further learning basic photoshop/editing skills.

The possibilities really are endless. I'm eager to see what my students will create with your help!
