Please help my students stay on top of their mental and physical health. Being a teenager and a middle school student is hard enough as it is, but when you live in a shelter, money and other aspects can be a challenge that can impact your metal and physical health.
I'm putting this project together as a way to help my students with their mental and physical health by making sure their hygiene is taken care of and hunger isn't distracting them from learning.
The items I've chosen such as feminine hygiene, body cleansing and dental hygiene are for students to use when they have hygiene concerns while at the school and for some to take home to practice good hygiene. I included some small snacks for the students so they can have a quick bite while working to get them through the long school day since many of them are not able to arrive to school on time for a nutritious breakfast. I believe these items will help with their mental wellbeing and make them more successful academically.
