Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This Middle School Flexible Classroom equipment will go a long ways to keeping students comfortable while learning.
The bean bag chairs and floor cushions will be positioned in our cozy reading corner and throughout the room.
They will provide an area for independent reading and group work.
The rolling desks will provide an alternative to a standard classroom desk. Fidgety students can stand during class to relieve anxiety and allow them some movement. If students are sitting at standard desks they can use the fidget bands to help with their concentration and focus.
The clipboards are a great way for students to carry their assignments while doing group work. Students often walk around the room to access anchor charts and gallery walks. These clipboards provide a way to keep their work oraganized.
