My Project

Having extra clay in the art room would be highly beneficial for the middle school classroom, as it is typically students’ favorite material to work with. Clay provides a hands-on, tactile experience that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and the development of fine motor skills. It allows students to explore three-dimensional art concepts in a way that other materials do not. More clay means students can experiment freely, correct mistakes, and refine their techniques without the pressure of limited supplies. Additionally, clay projects often take multiple sessions to complete, and having extra ensures that all students have enough material to fully realize their artistic ideas. This abundance fosters engagement, confidence, and collaboration, making the classroom a more dynamic and enriching space for young artists.

Mr. Monson will only receive his materials if this project is fully funded by June 25.
