My Project

For my DonorsChoose project, I propose to support students at our Title 1 Middle School by providing essential classroom supplies and personal hygiene items. Many students in our school struggle to afford basic necessities. By ensuring that they have access to supplies like notebooks, diverse classroom novels, and hygiene products like deodorant and feminine hygiene, we can create a more equitable learning environment where all students can focus on their education without worrying about lacking the essentials. This project aims to promote a sense of belonging among our student body, fostering a positive and supportive school community.

Through this project, we aim to not only provide physical resources but also cultivate a culture of compassion and mutual support among our students, contributing to an overall positive school climate.
