Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Crushes, bullies, cliques, and drama. Lockers, fashion, babysitters clubs, and sports teams. These slightly more mature topics are super engaging to our students, who want to read about the lives of kids slightly older than them.

Our class has read through the whole Babysitters Club series and the first few Diary of A Wimpy Kid books and keeps asking us for more.

We have some students who are determined to read through a series in order and are feeling stuck because we don't have the next book in the series. We'd love to be able to hand them their next perfect read, and keep the momentum going!
