Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first graders are motivated students who come to school each day with a smile. They strive to do their best and be successful in all they do. As we have come to the midpoint of the year my students find themselves in need of a supply refresh. They need new folders for their writing and math classwork. They need new, sturdy pencil boxes to hold a new set of crayons and scissors for daily tasks. Their whiteboards are also in need of a refresh, so I’m requesting new whiteboards and dry-erase marker erasers. One more classroom item in need of a refresh is seat sacks, which are used to house books and headphones. Your assistance and support in helping us attain these items would be greatly appreciated. At this point in first grade, the students have learned so much and I look forward to seeing how much more they’ll learn in the remaining months, yet my students are in need of some educational materials to be replenished. We would like to thank you in advance for your support!
