My Project

My school is in an inner city, low-income area. Teachers aren't given a budget to purchase all the items needed to supply our students with all that we'd like to. This means that many of the items that I purchased at the beginning of the year are starting to run low, including some basic things that protect us during this season of colds and runny noses!

Students should have the basic supplies and necessities they need in order for them to learn safely and appropriately.

By providing them with things such as pencils, dry erase markers, crayons, markers, and colored pencils, I'm able to make sure students have the best learning opportunities that they can. By providing them basic necessities such as tissues, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes, I'm able to make sure that the environment in which they are learning continues to be safe and clean.
