My Project

I teach computer science to middle schoolers and I'm always looking for new and fun ways to make computer science content more engaging for my students. And since I've learned about using micro:bit, I think these hands on programming kits would help me do exactly that! With these kits I will be able to present various programming languages to my students, and them give them a tangible and instantly gratifying way to practice those languages. One thing that I have found difficult with teaching programming languages to middle schoolers is that the results are not always instant gratifying. Middle schoolers need bells and whistles and these micro:bit kits will do that.
