Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a dedicated teacher, I am committed to creating a classroom environment that is inclusive, welcoming, and safe for all my students, including those with special needs. Many of my students face the added stress of state testing and the challenges of navigating teenage life, which can feel overwhelming at times. My goal is to transform my classroom into a supportive space where students not only learn academic skills but also explore their emotions and develop strategies to manage their feelings in a complex and ever-changing world. To achieve this, I need rolling dry erase board, computer desk cart, laptop stand and a wireless vacuum to make the environment more inviting and conducive to fostering emotional growth, self-regulation, and a sense of belonging for every student who walks through my door.
