Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As the school counselor, I have a mandated caseload of students who face overwhelming pressures, including academic demands, social challenges, and personal issues that can impact their overall well-being. By purchasing these mental health tools such as stress-relief resources, social skills games, mindfulness coloring books, and emotional regulation activities, I can create a supportive environment that fosters resilience and emotional growth. These tools will not only help my students manage their stress but also equip them with essential skills for lifelong mental wellness. In addition, it will help to develop rapport between us which can strengthen our counseling relationship.
