Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items we’re requesting, such as mindfulness tools, calming activities, and stress-relief resources, will make a profound difference in our students’ learning by creating a supportive environment that prioritizes mental health. These materials will help students manage anxiety, reduce stress, and improve their focus and engagement in the classroom. Our goal for this project is to integrate these resources into daily routines, equipping students with practical strategies to handle emotional challenges and fostering a more positive and productive learning atmosphere. What makes my students special is their resilience and eagerness to learn despite facing various personal and academic challenges. By addressing their mental health needs, we aim to empower them to reach their full potential and thrive both academically and personally.
