This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Your generous support in providing mental health fidgets will directly benefit students, helping them thrive both in and outside the classroom.

Mental health fidgets are simple, effective tools that can help students manage stress, anxiety, and focus, leading to improved academic performance and better social interactions.

These small, tactile objects provide a sensory outlet that helps students regulate their emotions, allowing them to stay calm and engaged during lessons.

By reducing distractions and anxiety, fidgets support students in staying focused on tasks, which can lead to increased productivity and deeper learning. Moreover, these tools help students develop important social-emotional skills, such as self-regulation and resilience, while also fostering a more inclusive classroom environment. When students feel supported in managing their mental health, they are more confident in their abilities to participate socially and academically, creating a positive cycle of growth and success.
