Mental Health Resource Supports

Help me give my students headphones to improve computer session times, mannequin heads that help with fine motor skills and braiding skills all at once. These calming tools and school supplies will be regulating emotions and support during class success.

My Project

The students at my school are a unique bunch. These students are wards of the state, and have been through many horrific events, but still show up to school daily and most times with a smile. This population includes neglect, learning disabilities, heartbreak, and even abandonment to help put things in perspective, but they still prevail.

Please help my school of well deserving students by stocking our stations with coping strategies, calming tools, and sensory and fidget interventions.

With your generous donations, my students will have the opportunity to regulate their emotions which will increase seat time within their school day.

Being overwhelmed, anxious, or even frustrated are feelings these students deal with daily. This donation will help reiterate the significance of building awareness and the importance of these types of needs/supports. Together we can continue to reestablish their worth.
