My Project

These items will make a difference in the lives of my students because I can use these materials to help students cope with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression and those students who are struggling with self-esteem. By providing them with coping strategies, the materials I use with my students will help them manage their emotions at school and at home as well. Also, I have a few students who have ADHD, and they need help focusing and keeping things organized so that they do not fall behind in their classes. With the use of the CBT activity books I have requested, I can use these books to help students with ADHD be successful in the classroom.
