My Project

Mental health matters, and all students deserve to feel supported and safe during the school day.

The tools, games, brain food, and class decor will help provide a calming and supportive space for my students.

The students that I work with have a variety of educational disabilities, and most deal with personal trauma and mental health struggles on top of their disabilities which often makes school a difficult place for them to feel included and successful. I hope to use the items on my list to provide them a safe and supportive classroom and the ability understand their academic and social-emotional needs to support their transition into adulthood.

Ms. Ryan Mastery Charter School - Lenfest Grades 9-12
