My Project

I believe that mental health is just has important as physical health. When students have the correct tools to help recognize their feelings they can start to express how/why they feel this way. Spreading positive messages is one way to help remind teens that is normal to feel uncertain and have a hard time putting thoughts into words. By offering stickers, decorating hall ways and classrooms- students can start be encouraed to recognize their feelings. Displaying stickers on water bottles or lap tops offers words of encouragement them individuals as well as their peers.
