My Project

Students will learn tips and tools to better their mental health awareness and create an environment of positive self awareness. Students will learn to utilize "I feel" statements to communicate their feelings. Students will learn conflict resolution, problem solving, and positive coping skills to utilize in the classroom and outside of the classroom. Students will get to create small activities related to mental health to display on the bulletin board. My goal is for students to learn more about their mental health and gain confidence to ask for help when they need it
