Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We will host a free wellness fair aimed at promoting mental health and well-being among students, where we'll raffle off carefully selected products that support their comfort and mindfulness both at home and in school. We want to be able to produce essentials for our students to use in and outside of the classroom. Every student attending the fair will receive a raffle ticket with opportunities to earn more by engaging in various mindfulness exercises, self-care workshops, and educational sessions focused on mental health.

This ensures they have a chance to win and take home items that not only soothe and comfort but also reinforce the mental wellness practices introduced at the fair.

Our goal is to equip students with tools that facilitate stress management and encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle, making this fair a pivotal event in fostering a supportive and mindful school community. We will be giving out NEWCOSPLAY Super Soft Throw Blankets in soothing colors such as Light Purple, Grey, Black, Coffee, and Lavender. For the coming cold months, we will be giving out UGG Women's Tasman Slippers and Tergy Fuzzy Socks, to make sure that we taking care of the students during the months they are not at school. We have water bottles to ensure students stay hydrated through the day. All items will be raffled off at no cost to our students and families.
