In our school, an activity period is built into the schedule to help students have a balance between fun activities and academics. My activity is Arts and Crafts.
The materials will enable students to learn to express their thoughts and emotions through artistic endeavors.
The sewing machine will enable students to learn to sew and create unique items. The beads will help students to create culturally relevant jewelry. The yarn and knitting items will enable students to create scarves and other knitted items.
This artwork will encourage creativity and help with students' mental health and enjoyment at school.
