This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Mental Health Campaign

My students will use cameras to engage in on of the following activities:

Peer Support Groups

Create safe spaces where students can share experiences and support each other. They will use cameras to documents these groups.

Social Media Campaign

Use platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter to share mental health tips, personal stories, and resources. Students who will use the digital camera will create campaign brochures.

Art and Expression

Students will express their feelings through photography, art, poetry, or performance.

Final Project

Create and distribute pamphlets or posters with information about local mental health services and hotlines.

Develop a resource guide tailored to your school community.
