These small, handheld items—ranging from fidget spinners to stress balls—have been embraced not just as novelties but as valuable aids in promoting mental health. This essay explores the various benefits of fidget toys for teens, particularly in addressing anxiety, improving concentration, and enhancing emotional well-being.

Alleviating Anxiety and Stress

Adolescence is often marked by heightened levels of stress and anxiety due to academic pressures, social challenges, and identity exploration.
