My Project

Today students struggle with so many issues, and one of those is the issue surrounding mental health. I believe the brain break items on this list can bring some healing and positive affirmations to a classroom environment.

The most important thing I can do daily as a teacher is provide a warm welcoming, safe classroom environment for all of my students that promotes positive mental health.

Giving students brain breaks with food and beverages will allow students to recharge mentally. Students want and deserve to be in a room that promotes learning, while simultaneously providing them some warmth and comfort. That is what this project is all about!
