My Project

California law requires menstruation products but the school provided pads are only one size and have very small wings. Students would like more variety in the pad choices in accordance with the changes of their menstrual cycle. The school provided tampons have cardboard applicators, and the students prefer the plastic applicators. I will put a box of pads and tampons next to the bathroom passes in my classroom so students can discreetly take what they need.

Students on their menstrual cycle often don't feel their best, so snacks can help them be comfortable in class.

More comfort leads to more learning.
