Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school loves to teach each, individual student and meet him/her at his/her level. Our students can be very energetic and at times are dealing with anger management or behavior challenges.

They strive to do fabulous work each day and are in need of this printer to show their creativity in the class to excel.

My enthusiastic and energetic class consist of 35 students who are ready to give it their all everyday.

Of those 35 kids, about 10 are receiving special services to meet their academic needs. Some of the other students need to show what they know by pictures. They will show their cartoons, drawings, and talents through art, which will be displayed around the school and in the yearbook. The students can switch off into stations so they, too, can work effectively and cooperatively. With our environment today and what's going on in their homes, our children need a safe place to learn, move, and have options on how to do their 21st Century work, to be productive in future years.

My Project

Our students’ pictures will make people think that they can touch them through their books! Help them use their photography pictures come into reality with this printer:HP - LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw Color Wireless All-In-One Printer - White so we can start to design their FIRST EVER yearbook for our school and show what the children have learned in the classroom and throughout the whole school!

Our memories FROZEN in time will create a timeline of the students' work and will be displayed all around school.

We have a photography club in our school who can have access to printing out the pictures, as well. We need to highlight our children's work so everyone in the community can see how our kids in Compton, California can shine.
