Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students are learning how to socialize again and are struggling with their thoughts and feelings. Many of my students are from other countries and are learning English as well as how school works in America. Being able to hold fidget toys or smooth quarts hearts can help students focus during the school day. During after-school, students can relax on yoga mats and learn how to meditate. Studies show that meditating helps focus the mind so students can concentrate on their work. With your help, I would like to offer students techniques to help them manage the stress in their lives so they can be happier.
