My Project

Not only during our P.E class, but most of my middle school students are physically active throughout the day. From recess to our PE class, with ongoing afterschool activities and tournaments, most of them struggle with hygiene and self-care practices.

It is proven that as early as ages 10-14, students in middle school begin puberty and encounter different changes in their bodies.

In line with the upcoming World Health Day on the 7th of April, I plan to orient students with proper education on the physical changes they encounter. These basic personal hygiene items will set as starters to taking good care of their health and body.

Despite these changes they can't fully understand yet, supporting them with basic must-have items that they can use will keep them be safe, sick-free and active every day!
