Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach 27 fun and eager to learn first graders. This year we started to use a new math curriculum that consists of a lot hands-on games. Therefore, we need more materials than usual to make the games work and ready for their everyday use.

These items will facilitate and make our math centers run smoothly.

It will help the students be more organized and spend more time learning through math games. The dry-erase pockets, laminator and protector sheets will help to make the centers more durable and the students will be able to reuse them everyday. My students love the math games and have been learning so much from them and all of these items will really help the young mathematicians in my classroom be even more engaged and ready to learn.
