My Project

The students at my school are more engaged when using various manipulatives and tools to discuss math. They come with a hesitation to participate organically in math which creates a barrier to learning. "I am not good at Math" is a statement this center will help to dismantle. These items will create a colorful, welcoming, organized area to keep manipulatives in our classroom as well as a little snack.

Math is a gateway to numerous opportunities which is why this math center is vital to learning and can provide the foundational skills which are used daily.

This donation will bring math to life through fun, engaging activities. As a result students naturally learn to have a passion for math.
