Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are absolutely amazing and deserve the best learning possible. In low income neighborhoods, such as the school that I am honored to work in, motivation, engagement and purpose, drive my students towards success. It is inspiring to see the determination they exhibit to accomplish their goals and further their learning.

My Project

The use of technology in schools has been prevalent in schools, however, now, more than ever, it is essential! In low income neighborhoods, making learning material and resources accessible to all is a challenge that cannot be completed without technology. Using an iPad, I will be able to screen record lessons, encourage peer teaching, make 3-D models, sketch over live videos and so much more!

An iPad Pro will allow me to become more creative and effective in my lesson planning and execution, especially during this time of hybrid learning!
