This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am writing to request your support for our "Math Mastery Classroom Kit," These items will significantly enhance our learning environment:

Whiteboard Erasers: Having sufficient whiteboard erasers will ensure that students can efficiently correct their work and stay engaged in the learning process without interruption.

Cardstock for Math Notebooks: Durable and sturdy cardstock will be used to create personalized math notebooks. These notebooks will help students organize their notes, practice problems, and track their progress.

Color Printer: A color printer will enable us to print engaging and visually appealing math resources, including worksheets, charts, and posters.

Mechanical Pencils: Mechanical pencils provide a consistent writing experience and reduce the need for frequent sharpening, allowing students to focus on their work.

Pencil Pouches: Providing each student with a pencil pouch will help them keep their writing tools organized and readily accessible.

How will these items make a difference?

These specific items will make a significant difference by enhancing the efficiency, organization, and engagement in our math lessons.

Goals for this project:

The primary goals for this project are to improve student engagement, promote active participation, and enhance the organization of learning materials. By achieving these goals, we aim to help students develop a deeper understanding of math concepts.

What makes my students special:

My students are curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. They thrive on hands-on activities and collaborative projects. Despite various challenges, they demonstrate resilience and a strong desire to succeed.
