Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first graders are kind, creative and full of energy! I teach at a Title I school where my students come from low income families and face many different challenges. Despite the challenges they may face, they come to school excited and eager to learn!

Using art to enhance math skills is an effective way to engage students and make math concepts more accessible and enjoyable.

My classroom is needing a restock on colorful paper to create fun art while learning! Some of these projects also require googly eyes and hot glue. I would also like to get some laminating sheets to be able to laminate the completed projects for them to save and take home!
