My Students

Our school is working very hard to help students catch up from the effects of the Covid-19 virus and make progress even with the virus still causing many to be required to learn from home. I know the students, parents, and teachers (including myself) are nervous about how the students will recover from the effects of the past two school years.

I want to use the TeachFX program that records my classroom discussions and lessons with my students.

After the lesson, the program gives me a detailed report of the discussion with stats about how much time I talked versus my students and what kind of questions got the students thinking and talking. For this program to work, I need a better mic than what is built into my iPad.

The iPad microphone I am requesting will allow me to use the TeachFX program more effectively--thus helping me to be a more effective teacher and to provide a better Math education for my students.

My Project

The iPad mic will allow me to record my class discussion and or provide my online students the chance to hear the discussion while on Zoom.

I need various small incentives that I will use to motivate and reward my students for their participation and hard work while learning math.

Often, students do not feel appreciated for their hard work day after day! I want to be able to show how much I appreciate their efforts in my classroom discussions by rewarding them with tangible items as well as the ability to see how our discussions go with the TeachFX app recordings. They will be able to see just how much they are really participating and enjoy celebrating their learning progress.
