My Students

My class is enthusiastic 3, 4, 5 years old. They are always on the go. They like to explore, pretend, and design. My classroom is made up of children that come from low income, high poverty neighborhoods. They are dynamic, creative children with a love for learning.

This is my opportunity to show them that learning can be fun.

I want to start their educational journey on a positive note.

My students are eager to play.

My Project

This project allows me to give my students new ways to practice patterns. Patterns are found in every aspect of our learning. We use patterns for math, science, and reading. Our virtual learning will be fun as we learn hands-on with manipulatives making patterns.

The bears will help us count as we make a pattern during our daily meetings.

Every child needs a book that helps with their literacy skills as well as spending time with a loved one. The Wikki sticks are to have fun as we mold, shape, and design. These activities all help improve fine motor skills.
