Math Attack

Help me give my students magnetic Number Charts, Games for learning counting and colors, and Number Lines to help students with addition and subtraction.

My Project

This project will help my first graders in making connections and learning math concepts.

First Grade is foundational in the math spectrum.

By providing students with Number Lines Slider Boards, they will help students connect their knowledge of adding and subtracting. Using Number of The Day Magnetic Calendars, as a whole class, we will be able to talk about and discuss the basic math concepts and how they coincide with each other. Additionally, kiddos love to learn through games. Sum Swamp, Monkey Balance, Qwirkle, Farkle, Balancing Beans, and Monkeying Around will provide them with the tools that they need to interact with one another while building their math skills.
