My Project

Just yesterday, I attended a workshop about incorporating literature in math at the TK level. We use Counting Collections at my school for our TK program. There were some recommended books that would be perfect for my young scholars so hence I am here on Donor's Choose.

Everything from counting, math vocabulary, addition and subtraction, size and weight are taught in these fun books especially designed for our youngest students.

They are books for the teacher to read that show students how math is all around us and in everyday life.

A few of the requested book titles include Balancing Act, A Fair Bear Share and A Pair of Socks.

I would really love your help in purchasing these books for my classroom. It will be great to always have a copy on hand to compare and reread, but since I don't currently have them, I will be using the library. Please consider donating to our project. Thank you so much!
