My Students

My students love to learn and are excited when new materials and media are introduced into the classroom. I am consistently striving to provide my students with a purposeful art education that will allow them to feel creative and find their individual artistic voices.

In my classroom, my students are artists, explorers, innovators, and thinkers.

It is my hope that through these donations, I can continue to provide my students with a program that further develops their creative thinking, motivation, and autonomy.

My Project

In order to guide students toward a purposeful art education, it is important that they are given the opportunities to experience all types of media. I have requested drawing and painting materials that include watercolor paint, color pencils, mixed media sketchbooks, and paintbrushes. The color pencils, as well as other art supplies that will allow students to learn about various artists and art history, while being involved in aspects of drawing, painting, and mixed media. Overall, these materials will give students a chance to have new and exciting art experiences within our classroom.
